Honda E-Clutch works with Throttle By Wire (TBW) on the 750's for even smoother, more intuitive shifting.
And with E-Clutch now available on the CB500 Hornet, CBR500R and NX500, A2 riders get to experience next-level control too.
How E-Clutch works
E-Clutch keeps the feel of a manual gearbox but manages the clutch for you. An actuator inside the engine cover coordinates clutch operation, fuel-cut and ignition timing for fast, smooth, shock-free shifts.
Prefer manual clutch? Use it any time. E-Clutch pauses while you take control and reactivates automatically, or can be turned off entirely via the TFT.
On the CB750 Hornet and XL750 Transalp, E-Clutch links with TBW and riding modes, adding extra smoothness and stability – especially when starting, cornering or riding over rough surfaces.
